OH MY, WHERE DOES THE TIME GO??

I thought I’d been posting fishing reports much more frequently than I have…geez my bad…sorry! It’s been one hell of a ride at Pyramid Lake since it opened in October — fishing has been really, really good. We’ve caught so many Cutthroats over 10 pounds this fall it’s hard to even count! Biggest so far this season on my boat has been 18 pounds, though we lost one that I’m betting was 25 pounds!!

Though the warm days of fall have faded away, the winter pattern at Pyramid has kicked in and the fish are up shallow and still chomping nicely.

I’ll be on Pyramid all winter and spring (through April) and then it will be back to Tahoe starting in May.
